A significant group of our clients is formed by those who plan to launch an enterprise and expect us to give professional support on that. This is the case when we assess the business idea together, SEED proposes techniques for market research and demand, we talk about how to set the price and encourage everyone to right at least a draft business plan, even if it is not necessary for credit or for tender reasons. The systematic overview of aspects and writing them down significantly increases the enterprises chance to survive and have its operation stabilised. Besides discussing the 'Big Idea', we give information on the viable legal forms of the enterprise, their pros and contras, in addition, on the administrative issues and contributions to public dues.
We help preparing the business plan precondition to the interest free funding - currently worth 2 million HUF - provided by local Employment Centres to promote self-employment. During our consultations Clients are given tasks, they have to make calculations, collect information, write down their own ideas, plans and obtain the necessary documentation. They are continuously supported by us. We add our own experiences, know-how and ideas to the business plan prepared by the Client. The final version of the plan is printed, stitched and handed over ready for submission to our Partner.
Managers and owners already running business also contact us in a large number when issues and problems emerge related to their activity, strategy and they need support in solving them. Experienced colleagues at SEED are ready to give advice in the fields of enterprise management, marketing, finances and funding.
If the problem is more complex, than being able to handle it with a few hours of consultation, we undertake project-based, longer term advisory processes starting with a profound report on the actual situation. We analyse the architecture of the organisation, the competitivity and profitability of the product line, the composition of the clientele and the effectivity of the production process, sales and marketing. Following that we jointly develop more successful strategies and tactics for the market.
