Based on its experience of almost two decades SEED can proudly state that it knows your target group very well. Shortly after the change of the political regime the Foundation has actively assisted to the launch of the first businesses, and eversince that continuously monitors the development and the innovations of and the problems encountered in the micro-business and SME sector. We regularly run quantitative and qualitative market research in the micro-business environment. Out of the studies carried out so far several were funded by resources obtained through public tenders, so they are accessible to everyone also on our website, but in case of some other studies our client has required exclusivity. This second type is excellent for service providers to gain competitive advantage by getting profound knowledge of the needs of the actual or potential clients.
We successfully provided skills development to employees dealing with customer services on several occasions. During these trainings we give a snapshot on the typical processes run within a micro-business and point out the sensitive fields in which micro-businesses appreciate help. Customer service people get to know tools and methods which enable them to rapidly understand and efficiently handle needs and problems of micro-entrepreneurs, even more, they will be able to precisely tailor the service providers offers.
Our frequent trainings, conferences and workshops and the communications channels owned by SEED (website, newsletter, forum, e.t.c.) can all serve as an efficient medium to large companies targeting micro- and small-businesses. Our events are worthily popular among large sponsors, as in these communicational scenarios micro-enterprises are present with a positive, open-minded attitude expecting useful advice, information from a supporting organisation, implying that they will be more open to the right business offers as well.
