Quality management and customer satisfaction at NGOs
More and more NGOs face the need of developing a quality management system and measuring customer satisfaction in order to reduce the dependence on public financing and to become more eligible to taking over public duties. Effectiveness is particularly important in the competition of NGOs for resources. SEED was invited by Nonprofit Information and Training Centre (NIOK) to hold a training in November 2008 covering the above issues. The training took place at Székesfehérvár targeting colleagues of the Nonprofit Service Centres (CISZOK).
