Winning and keeping customers
SEED Foundation held a training for employees and owners of micro- and small enterprises , NGOs and supporting organisations in June 2008. The objective of the training was to create experts by deepening their self-understanding and providing them skill-building tools. This makes them more sensitive to client expectations and more able to handle them in an adequate way. Skills development is not enough, there is a process starting from the survey of demand leading to the satisfaction of that; to that process professional know-how is indispensable. It is important that a simplified model can be used to handle the majority of expectations: participants get information on how to build that system. We are keen on having our students prepared in practice as well, so we had them play roles in quite a few simulation games.
