Early summer 2008 was the period of team-building trainings for SEED. The cutback in the public sector and the reorganisation due to that obviously disrupt the cohesion of colleagues and create a new group dynamics. The imbalance provoked by that sooner or later becomes barrier to the effective work, performance can weaken, internal and external customer relations can be damaged. Our trainings helped to ease the tension and identify optimal solutions by liberating, community building excercises based on sports and play. We undertake to run such trainings on demand for others - enterprises, NGOs - also.
